The 17th Century house is famous for it's magnificent interiors including the fabulous gilded leather Spanish Room and the elegant grand salon.
There is a superb collection of paintings including works by Van Dyck, Lely and Brueghel to be examined alongside fascinating Eygptian artefacts dating back to 3000BC.
There are superb gardens to investigate and the woodland park to explore, watching out for the Red Devon cattle ! Take your time to explore the grounds, following the marked paths and routes, watching out for the wildlife including deer.
